New Exclusive Distributor of Grand RIBs in Australia

Expanding our global network Down Under with already familiar and experienced members.

We just can't help but have to start this news with: "Well, well, well. How the turntables..."🤣 Some of our British partners have relocated to Australia and now we are excited to have extended our worldwide presence by launching Grand Boats down under – with a new distribution office recently opened on the Gold Coast, Australia.

Did you know that 1 in 10 Aussies have a boat license? And how many more do not have but still operate?😅 So beyond being a country that is internationally renowned for its boating lifestyle and not to mention year-round sunny boating weather, Australia is seeing great growth in the recreational boating industry and a widely growing interest in recreational and commercial RIBs. For us, it was an absolute no-brainer to look to establish our premium rigid inflatable boat brand in this exciting region.

Grand Boats Australia has established a head office and showroom on the Gold Coast, Queensland from which clients can enjoy a high-end boat viewing and sea trial experience. Already open for customers to visit, a formal Open Day is also planned at the showroom in November later this year, where press, the public and other marine businesses will be invited to view the entire range of Grand RIBs. Stay tuned for more news on this event😉

The Australian office has also already secured several partnerships since arriving in the region including partnering with Yamaha as the brand’s outboard partner of choice across Australia. They have already released a little walkthrough video on YouTube featuring our tender RIB Golden Line G340 in a very nice looking set up (check it out here).

So as exciting as it is for us to see the growing interest in Grand Boats down in this new region, where we expect the tender range, D600, and G750/G850 models to be particularly popular, we are looking forward to seeing Grand Boats launch officially in Australia at the Melbourne Boat Show in October later this year. So stay tuned, follow our social media and get yourself acquainted with Grand Boats Australia via their website or their Instagram.
